To strengthen and maintain the three-main concept of IYCCC which base on Conference, Cultural Exchange and Camp.
To let both local and international youths join the real experience of Cambodian Culture such as the traditional house, traditional dance, tourism spots, and especially the way of thinking and the living style and condition by home stay program and cultural performance.
The participations could share the idea how to make peace and their own culture through the team discussion and the country presentation.
The youths could gain their self-realization through experiencing the activity with the orphan children.
To promote and expand the IYCCC membership to other countries in various regions and continents so that the young people could experience the real life and role of the youth leaders and to learn various culture in the world
To build up networking between local youths and foreign delegates by having sessions for them to interact, to practice, and to get better understanding. Youths could be the linkage of the countries for future cultural exchange.
To organize committee of IYCCC from the participating countries to look after the future IYCCC in the purpose of teaching the youths from each states to learn how to be the owner the IYCCC program
